Probably 'cause he didn't get the money for doing it!! Really though, how could it be a bad install? Did he give you any specific reasons for thinking that? Aside from the damn CEL, I took ALOT of time to make things clean. I'd like to know. I take alot of pride in my work, and that ain't even my career. Just a hobby (which is probably better)! After saying this, I don't dare compare myself to some of the guys here, who do this for a living, like Jim. But I like to do things right.

Hey Phil, don't sweat it. I don't like the work that some of those techs do either. yeah you are right...I think the he was upset cause he never got paid to do something like that. Hehehe.

Your install was really clean. aside from the CEL. My friend with his 16# SC Cobra Loved your install.
